The young lady who checked us in was exceptional in her manner, upon our late check in. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant and very attentive to our needs especially as my husband had just been released from the hospital. Very much appreciate the suggestion of the heated underground parking.
Thank you for providing the dark cloth for make up removal. I always travel with a dark face cloth in a zip lock bag. How nice not to have to stuff a wet cloth back in the bag. Thank you for booking us near the elevator as I have trouble breathing and walking distances.

The view is so calming and knowing there is good food in the restaurant and helpful staff makes this always our # 1 choice. Again the Park Town has been a safe clean sanctuary to our families three medical challenges. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and to the cleaning are all so helpful and willing to do small helpful duties that increase our comfort of a difficult time.
