For $49.95 per person (plus taxes) you can pick your starters, Entrees and dessert. Want to bring along a special third person? No problem! We don't have limits on our number of guests! Single, Couple, or Family... everyone is welcome to partake in our Executive Chef prepared 3 course menu!

Starters

SOUP
Butternut Squash puree with crème fraise, and toasted sunflower seed
Beet Root Salistine (Broth) with egg omelet garnish
SALAD
Caesar Salad
Tossed Salad
Baby Kale Salad w/ toasted almond and Feta snowflake

Mains
(choose from one of the following:)

AAA Beef Tenderloin seasoned and seared, and slow roasted to perfection. Duchess potato, and Roasted fresh vegetables
Chateaubriand with Peppercorn Brandy Sauce

6oz. Pacific Salmon filet
Baked to perfection and served on top of a freshly shaved fennel, green apple, and grapefruit salad. Served with a saffron nage and seafood quenelle
Chicken Breast
stuffed with wild rice, spinach, and sundried tomato Served drizzled with chicken Au Jus, and garlic whipped potato.

PARK TOWN HOLIDAY LETTER 2016

Season’s Greetings!

This year we thought we’d do something special and write a Christmas letter telling you all about what the Park Town Family has done this year!

 

2016 has been a year of change for Park Town! We like to think that it’s been a landmark year for our family here at the hotel. We’ve started doing even more in the community and have become even closer as a family.

 

In 2016 we welcomed a lot of new faces into our folds. We went from having 153 family members to 180! That meant better services, more products and an even higher experience quality for all of our customers. We welcomed a lot of new managers to our team as well! Andre Giannandrea became our new General Manager, Troy Wruck became our Director of Marketing and Sales, Rami Flamand and Sandra Miller came on as our shiny new sales managers and Chantel Scott took over Finn’s Pub! 2016 has truly been the year of change for Park Town.

 

In 2016 Park Town Hotel was super excited to win A LOT of awards! We were blown away! We were thrilled to Win the Torch Awards for Business Ethics AND the ABEX Priority Focus Award for Immigration. We were also Finalists at BOTH Sabex and Abex for Customer Service. What started as an awards season became an awards year… and our maintenance department may just have to build us a cabinet to hold all these awesome trophies.  Look out 2017! We’re making ourselves better than ever!

 

The Park Town Hotel isn’t just about winning we’re about giving too. This year the Park Town Hotel was touched to be able to contribute more than 100 donation items to various charities around both Saskatoon as well as the province. We also donated $20 000 to St. Paul’s Hospital and got intimately involved in the CNIB Dine in the Dark event! We gave out free chocolate at WInterShines and activated an Entertainment Station for the Saskatchewan Marathon! As part of our ABEX win we also gave $1000.00 to the Princess Alexandra school. From hosting some of the Syrian newcomers to Canada to taking some kids from La Loche to a Blades game or creating cupcakes in support of the Princess Shop,  the Park Town family has been there when you needed us.

 

It's our wish for 2017 to be bigger, shine brighter and be even more involved in all that makes Saskatoon great. We truly wish each and every one of your families a Happy Holiday Season! Whatever you celebrate this year, we hope you celebrate it with us.

NEW YEAR'S EVE 2016 in the FOUR SEASONS RESTAURANT
